WANV is a Swedish-Finnish collaboration searching for simplicity and ease within improvisation and composition. The group toured in outer Finnish Archipelago in June-July 2018 and played acoustically in historical chapels and small churches. They recorded their material while on tour that also included improvisations outdoors on Nötö island around "the ringing stone"  - a big piece of granite that Nummela played as his instrument.  They plan to release their album in 2019.

Pelle Westlin (SWE) - saxophone and clarinet

Daniel Andersson (SWE) - double bass

Sami Nummela (FIN) - drums

Josefiina Vannesluoma (FIN) - vocals, flute
